Good for working through issues regarding Anxiety, Confidence, Assertiveness, Phobias, Low Mood and a number of other issues. This package provides respite and support that may be better dealt with outside of family and friends.
Starting with a course of 6 sessions, then making a judgement with regards to the need for more sessions. Using a combination of coaching interventions, talking and listening counselling skills. Workshops and bespoke projects designed to tap into supressed creative energy. Working this way also provides a neutral place to express non-verbal hidden issues and repressed emotions in a safe way. Please go to Contact, Payment, T&C's for more information.

Finding internal balance by helping you the client, align your thinking to your goal. Expanding and balancing your energetic field and creating flow.
Over the course of an intensive 3 days, I will assist you to expand your current awareness and for you to be able to identify areas which are currently diverting you from your goal. This may be through therapeutic interventions e.g. tasks and exercises or through art and creativity.
You are the one making the changes. It is important that you are fully committed to making those changes.
By identifying where you are and where you want to be you could begin an amazing journey. Using language patterns to chip away at barriers and Identify hidden issues. Using Interventions to continue breaking down old habits and possibly years of negative conditioning. Using Hypnosis to cement in the changes.
When you are up and running, the self talk is positive and you see a bright future, you could look back to now and measure the progress you have made. You may need a helping hand to stay focused and that’s fine. All sessions are absolutely tailored to the individual client and coaching packages to give on-going support.

I wanted to devise a way of creating a course whereby each individual can find solutions to personal issues in their own language and their own style. I developed this course so that the participant can take something positive from every session whether it's just relaxation skills or whether they find ways to solve problems. Doing the whole course promotes autonomy e.g. the skills are learned gently overtime and become part of the nervous system thereby creating good practice for the future. I offer some guided meditation techniques and exercises and help to facilitate each individuals journey and the space and time in which to focus. What I offer welcomes all belief systems, genders, cultures and creeds and invites the participant to find peace, relaxation and solutions in their own way. The course provides a platform for the participant to take full responsibility for their results. Being more balanced, and having resources helps you and ultimately everyone around you.
